Found a class you want to join but the session is full?
Download the Eversports app, sign into your account, find the class and click ‘Add yourself to the waiting list’.
As soon as there is a free spot for the activity, you will receive a push notification via the Eversports app. No email is sent out so make sure you have activated the notifications.
‘First come, first served’ applies and as soon as a customer takes the free spot all the other push notifications will be deleted to avoid any confusion.
Towel Policy
At Hot Flow Yoga, we believe in creating a clean and safe environment for all our students. To ensure the highest level of hygiene, we require all participants to bring their own towels to class.
Don’t have a towel? No worries! We offer a convenient solution.
Simply purchase our gym towel for just €5 on our Eversports account and show the confirmation to your instructor before class.
We also recommend a Yogisha towels which include silicone nubs on the bottom ensure that the towel stays perfectly on your mat. These towels provide excellent grip and absorbency, ensuring you stay stable and comfortable during your hot yoga practice.

We use infrared heating panels and our lessons are taught at a room temperature of 33-38°C.
For hygiene reasons, please bring your own towels or buy one here as these are no longer available for hire. Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
All studios offer fully equipped unisex changing rooms and showers where you can refresh after your workout.

At Hot Flow Yoga, we use infrared heating panels and our lessons are taught at a room temperature of 33-38°C. Just like the sun, its rays will warm you from the inside out, heating the room only when you do, helping your body to detoxify in a safe and efficient way.
Classes are taught in English.
All bookings and memberships are processed through Eversports. First-time visitors can book a class and purchase a membership in one transaction via the booking schedule on our website. Returning yogis can book classes and purchase memberships through their Eversports account or the Eversports iPhone app and Android app.
To redeem a promo code, please enter it at the Additional Information step of the Eversports checkout process.
Mats and other equipment are provided, but please clean them thoroughly after use. Showers, unisex changing rooms and toilets are also available.
Studio users must bring their own towel as we do not provide rental service.

Wear comfortable, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothes for ease of movement. Leave shoes at the door and practise with bare feet in the yoga room. Avoid wearing strong cologne, perfume, or essential oils. Showers are available for use before or after class if you need a quick rinse.
Online reservations are mandatory, and it’s important to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive once the class has begun, we cannot allow entry so not to disturb the class in progress.
There is a 3-hour cancellation window for all classes.
Avoid eating anything 1.5 hours before class.
Leave mobile phones in the dressing room and avoid talking during the class.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after class.
If you’re sick or on the brink of a cold, please stay at home to respect your health and others.
If you think you’ve left any personal belongings in our studios, please contact Liesl, our Studio Manager, on +31 6 13003501. Items left behind for more than 1 month will be given to charity. Hot Flow Yoga is not responsible for items that are lost.
Memberships
Memberships and classes are booked and purchased via Eversports.
Once you’ve purchased a membership or class card pack, download the iPhone app or Android app to track your membership and book classes on the go.
