The Hot Flow Yoga website is hosted by Elementor whose servers are located in Belgium and the business is managed in the Netherlands.
When becoming a student of Hot Flow Yoga, we ask that you submit personal data into our Eversports portal which is necessary for any individual to become a recurrent student of our Studios. It is through Eversports that Members can view our class schedule, purchase class cards and memberships, view participation history and how many units are left in a purchased membership. Hot Flow Yoga is committed to ensuring that our Members’ privacy is protected. Should we ask that you provide personal data, i.e. information which relates to you as an identified or an identifiable natural person, through our website or the aforementioned third-party tools we use, you can be assured that this data will only be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Hot Flow Yoga uses Google Analytics for our legitimate interest to keep track of how users use our website Cookies from Google Analytics are placed via our website as part of this “Analytics” service.
Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Hot Flow Yoga has no influence on this.
Hot Flow Yoga has concluded a processing agreement with Google. We have not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through Hot Flow Yoga for other Google services. The information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. The last octet of your IP address will be anonymized if you have not given permission for the processing of your data for statistical purposes.
The data collected by Google is stored on servers in the United States. Google is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data is guaranteed.

Hot Flow Yoga uses the Google Maps API to show a map of the area where we are located. Google places a PREF cookie for this functionality in which the zoom level, the chosen language and the region are stored. This cookie does not store any personal data.
Hot Flow Yoga offers a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about news in the field of yoga and our products and services. We only add your email address to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. The subscriber base of the newsletter is not provided to third parties.
We use MailChimp for the newsletter. MailChimp is based in the United States and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce.
This means that an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data is guaranteed.
With each email, a single pixel gif (web beacon) is used to track whether the recipient has opened the e-mail and whether certain links in the email have been clicked. In addition, we record the email address, IP address and the date and time of all our subscribers when they open an e-mail or click on a link in the newsletter. We use this information for our legitimate interest to research and analyse how our email campaigns are performing and how we can improve them. At the bottom of every mailing you will find the option to change your details and preferences or to unsubscribe.
