Memberships

Prepaid lessons and no shows are non-refundable. Single lessons and class cards are not refundable, not extendable, not transferable or shared with other student. They have a limited time, please always check your expiration date before attending to class.

Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice. If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time, if you are more than 15 minutes delayed is at the instructor’s decision whether to hold an shorter lesson or not.

Morning Classes

Bookings and cancellations are possible up to 8 hours before the lesson start. If you cancel later then this time, the lesson will be charged and taken from your lessons available.
Lessons with less than 3 students booked will be canceled, that is why we recommend you to book the lesson you wish to attend.

Afternoon and Evening Classes

Hot Flow Yoga is an intimate, comfortable studio with limited spaces so every one of our students have enough space to do their class. Once this limited space is filled we won’t allow any other student to take the class. This is why we strongly recommend to book your mat with our booking system.
If a class is fully booked you have the option to be added to our waitlist. You can see your position on the waitlist by logging in and visiting your schedule. If a place becomes available, you will receive a notification and email from Eversports. You must then accept your spot in the class as you are not automatically allocated this spot. You may also cancel your place on the waitlist from here.
