Tension Release Breathwork Workshop
In this workshop, Saskia combines circular breathing with gentle trauma release exercises to support your nervous system and reconnect with your body on a deeper level. Through a continuous breathing rhythm, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, helping the body release stored tension and allowing emotions to surface naturally and safely.
We begin with a simple breathing technique and guided meditation to ground and arrive in the body. From there, we move into a trauma release exercise designed to soften physical and emotional tension. The session culminates in a guided circular breathing journey — an invitation to stay present while your body does the work of unwinding, releasing, and restoring balance.
This workshop creates a sense of safety, flow, and inner connection through the breath. You may experience reduced anxiety, emotional release, and increased clarity. You’ll also learn practical breathing techniques that you can integrate into your daily life to support regulation, presence, and wellbeing.
