For hygiene reasons, please bring your own towels as these are no longer available for hire. Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
All studios offer fully equipped unisex changing rooms and showers where you can refresh after your workout.
Key Info
At Hot Flow Yoga, we use infrared heating panels and our lessons are taught at a room temperature of 33-38°C. Just like the sun, its rays will warm you from the inside out, heating the room only when you do, helping your body to detoxify in a safe and efficient way.
Classes are taught in English.
Mats and other equipment are provided, but please clean them thoroughly after use. Showers, unisex changing rooms and toilets are also available.
Studio users must bring their own towel as we do not provide rental service.
Don’t have a towel? No worries! We offer a convenient solution.
Simply purchase our gym towel for just €5 on our Eversports account and show the confirmation to your instructor before class.
Wear comfortable, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothes for ease of movement. Leave shoes at the door and practise with bare feet in the yoga room. Avoid wearing strong cologne, perfume, or essential oils. Showers are available for use before or after class if you need a quick rinse.
Online reservations are mandatory, and it’s important to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive once the class has begun, we cannot allow entry so not to disturb the class in progress.
There is a 3-hour cancellation window for all classes.
Avoid eating anything 1.5 hours before class.
Leave mobile phones in the dressing room and avoid talking during the class.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after class.
If you’re sick or on the brink of a cold, please stay at home to respect your health and others.
