Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training

This two weekend intensive (16 hours) training with Meredith Evangelisti is intended for any certified fitness professionals or 200 Hour Yoga Teachers.

The intention of this training is to learn to:

• Sequence and teach a Yoga Sculpt class.
• Format fundamentals and class structure.
• Understand music theory and beat-matching.
  Sequence for all muscle groups.
• Cue, correct and modify for all levels.
• Build movement themed classes.

Meredith has trained in advanced hot yoga techniques for many years, she has taught across the United States as well as throughout Europe, Asia & Central America.

Pursuing degrees in management, personal training, and sports nutrition Sculpt is a high-intensity, high-energy, musically-driven avenue to develop tremendous cardio and strength capacities.
